Service Description
During our in-person consultation at your home, we'll talk about all the details of your yard, how you'd like to use your space, what's important to you in your yard, keys to gardening success, and tips for setting up your garden. We will document all aspects of your space by taking photos, videos, and measurements, and then we'll talk about next steps. If you're looking for garden design and planning services, this consultation will be your first step!
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with The Wilder Yard it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment less than one hour prior to the appointment, if you are late (more than 20 minutes late for a one-hour appointment, or more than 10 minutes late for a half-hour appointment), or miss the appointment, this will be considered a "no-show" and you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the appointment. If The Wilder Yard must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule, or offer a refund.
